UK Neapolitan Dogs "Megan" is a 3 year old female blue brindle in colour and good with other dogs. Great with people and older children. She is spayed, vaccinated and house trained. Megan has been in kennels for the past 12 months as this is a sad case of the owners dying in a car accident and the son taking on the dog until he could no longer do so for personal reasons after losing his parents. Pictures available of this girl if you are interested and please let us know your prior experince with this breed as we like to rehome these dogs with people who have knowledge on the Neapolitan. "Stella" is a lovely blue coloured female who will be 3 yrs old on July 27th. She is vaccinated but not microchipped or spayed, but never been bred from. Purchased as a puppy by last lady owner at age 7 weeks, a new baby has arrived and this has resulted in Stella not getting the attention she had previously. She has lived with a female bulldog, but will chase cats. She is good with children but not the dog for the home with young children under the age of 12 years. She is KC reg and loves to travel in the car, also plays tug rope and loves to have her bath with a hosepipe. Comes back off the lead when called and understands commands. She is a big baby really as she loves to sit on your knee with her paws on you. She loves to be cuddled! Also Stella loves to play and can be very bouncy. "Wilma" is a lovely 4 year old blue female, originally came from the Grimoire kennels rescue in Pontefract Yorkshire, but they were not interested in having her back probably due to the vets bill! As they had placed this dog with their own adopters who in turn just dumped the girl on our associates! She is very nicely natured but currently under weight, she is spayed but will need up to date vaccinations and microchipping which we will do before she is available. Loves children and people and has no problem with cats. Ok with other dogs, but she would be better with a home and people who can give her love and attention. She is house trained and good on and off the lead. She will truly be a lovely dog for someone once we get her weight up to normal. Pictures available of Wilma if interested. Currently requiring entropian and ectropian operation on both her eyes, Update: Wilma requires an entropian operation on her eye so will not be available for some weeks yet. Available shortly within a month: "Romper" a Neapolitan from the London area, we think he is approx 7 years old but he will need some healthcare first as he has been neglected by some scrap yard owner!!!
We will know more within the next week and have pictures when he arrives with us. Update. Pictures are now available but Romper will need healthcare for at least 8 weeks to build him up. He is such a gentle boy and very under weight at the moment, so be prepared when looking at these pictures of him. We must thank Amanda & Eugene of EDDR and Jackie Hillman of Cane Corso UK for all their hard work in getting this dog from the owner who had him lying in filth at his scrap yard in wembley. Amanda has taken Romper to the vets for a full health check and the results were good. All details can be given upon request. Update: Romper is now with us here at BARK and continuing with increasing his weight back to normal. He does require one tooth to be taken out by our vets. Further Neapolitans which will be ready within a month or so to adopt: "Blue" aged 7 months male, coloured blue, pictures available of this lovely boy!
